What is Cellulite?

What Should I Expect During Sofwave™ Treatment?
With its cooling technology, Sofwave™ is gentle on the skin. We also apply a numbing cream to ensure a comfortable experience. You may feel some warmth but should not feel uncomfortable. Treatment usually lasts 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the size of the treatment area.
Am I a Good Candidate for Sofwave™?
Ideal candidates for Sofwave™ have bothersome cellulite and want to reduce its appearance. Most people make good candidates for this non-invasive treatment, although only a consultation can determine whether Sofwave™ will provide your desired results. Good candidates should be healthy and have no infection or skin irritation in the targeted area.
What Results Will I See With Sofwave™ for Cellulite?
Cellulite reduction may begin within a few weeks of treatment. You will see the full results of your Sofwave™ session after about three months. Most people find that their cellulite removal lasts at least a year. We typically recommend yearly maintenance treatments for lasting results.
Is There Any Downtime After Sofwave™?
Typically you will have no downtime after Sofwave™ and can return to your usual activities immediately. Your skin will often look flushed for a day or two, and you may feel some warmth or sensitivity for an hour or two after you leave your session.
