Virtual Consultation FAQs

Capital Laser & Skin Care is now offering virtual consultations from the comfort of your own home. Schedule an appointment today to meet with one of our skilled Board-Certified Dermatologists.

Scheduling is quick and easy! Simply fill out the request an appointment form on our site. One of our administrative team will reach out to you to schedule the appointment and answer any questions.

Preparing for your appointment only requires a smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer equipped with a camera and microphone. We also recommend a strong WiFi connection for a better experience as cellular data can often lag.

There is no download necessary to enter your appointment. However, both camera and microphone permissions must be enabled. For most devices, this can be done within your ‘settings’.

We encourage you to find a quiet, relaxing atmosphere for your appointment. This allows you to speak freely without distraction during your virtual consultation.

On the day of your scheduled appointment, you will be sent a link via email allowing you to enter your virtual appointment. Consultations typically last anywhere from 20-40 minutes.

While our offices are currently closed, you can still plan upcoming procedures one-on-one with our Board-Certified Dermatologists. They’ll take the time to listen to your aesthetic goals before providing you with options to help achieve them. Together, you can customize a treatment plan that will work for your individual needs!

After your virtual consultation, we’ll reach out via phone to schedule an in-person consult and treatments as discussed.
