What is a BBL™ Device?
BBL™ sends pulsed light into the skin. This stimulates a flood of healing factors as well as triggering the body to produce more collagen. Collagen gives the skin support, structure, and youthful firmness. The activity of new, healthy cells also helps remove unwanted hyperpigmentation.Â

How a BBL™ Device Works
BBL™ emits broadband light energy which is absorbed by the cells and by pigment molecules in the skin. This will trigger the layers of skin to begin repairing themselves and making new collagen. Pigment cells will move toward the surface and fade or disappear.Â
BBL™ devices can produce improvements in the skin because their broadband light energy penetrates the skin so effectively and can trigger regeneration and rejuvenation even in deeper layers of skin. Collagen production deep in the skin provides lift, volume, and firmness of the skin.Â
What Results Can I Expect From a BBL™ Device?
You can expect to see results in one to two weeks, with improvement continuing for up to a month. We recommend three to six total treatments for you to see the results you want. Procedures usually take about 30 minutes.Â
You can expect to see firmer skin with less hyperpigmentation and signs of sun damage. Lines and wrinkles are diminished, while uneven skin tone becomes smooth and soft. Even acne and rosacea respond to this broadband treatment.Â
Is There Any Downtime for BBL™?
You may feel redness and burning, like a sunburn, for a few hours after treatment. For five to seven days, you may experience itching and redness, as well as seeing pigment molecules look darker as they get closer to the surface. You should avoid harsh chemicals or scrubs on the treated area until it has healed, and be careful not to expose your healing skin to the sun.Â
Am I a Good Candidate For BBL™?
